    This indoor bike is in excellent condition having been given a full mechanical and aesthetic overhaul by our team of highly qualified engineers. As part of this process we will install a brand new primary and secondary drive belt, timing belt, clutch, generator bearings and bottom bracket bearings. This bike will be fitted with a Version 2 TFT Watt Rate Monitor. This console has full ANT+ and Bluetooth capability and will allow the user to link up with external 3rd party apps such as Zwift and Peloton.

    The bike will be running very smoothly and in perfect working order. The bike will also be fitted with new pedals straps, new saddle, new plastic shrouds where required and any corrosion spots will be rectified to give the machine a much fresher look as well. Please expect some signs of use as these bikes have previously been used in a commercial setting. We make every effort to return the bikes to as good as new both functionally and aesthetically within budget.

    The IC6 Indoor Cycle utilises a powerful full-color WattRate® TFT computer, self-powered by the bike’s generator, to provide the meaningful connection of exercisers to their workout. This interaction includes data exchange between devices and the Coach By Color® intensity guide.

    Features:

    SELF-POWERED GENERATOR: No batteries required. The IC6 indoor cycle has a compact generator at the flywheel that captures energy provided by the user to recharge an integrated lithium polymer battery.

    WATTRATE® POWER METER: The IC6 indoor cycle’s WattRate® Power Meter displays a precise measurement of the user’s effort in watts. This precision is achieved by a positioning sensor that measures the resistance applied to the magnetic brake system.

    WATTRATE® TFT COMPUTER: A bright, self-powered, integrated TFT screen and a front LED. This patented feature displays training intensity for both the exerciser on the IC6 and the trainer running the class. Connects training data to external devices via Bluetooth and ANT+.

    POLY-V BELT DRIVETRAIN: The IC6 indoor cycle’s belt requires limited maintenance, improves pedaling technique, permits less momentum-based recovery, makes the rider work efficiently and operates quietly.

    155MM Q FACTOR: Q Factor, the distance between an exerciser’s feet when they sit on the bike and pedal, of 155mm makes the IC6 comfortable and feel more like a real road bike. The result is added comfort and pedal stroke efficiency while exercising on the IC6.

    EASY ADJUSTMENTS: Four-way adjustments (saddle height, saddle fore/aft, handlebar height, handlebar fore/aft) ensure a finely-tuned fit on the IC6 indoor cycle for all riders. Handlebar integrated user-assist technology makes adjustments smooth and easy.

    Delivery

    At Pinnacle Fitness, we offer a standard delivery service on all of our products.

    Delivery of pallets is to the kerbside only via pallet network unless a specific request is made.

    The majority of items for sale are large and very heavy and the buyer is responsible for getting the machines to their final location within their property. Please ensure you have the correct dimensions of the access doors within your property and that you have the procedure in place to get the item from the delivery pallet to its final location within the property. Any dismantling and reassembly of equipment will be at the buyer’s discretion and their own responsibility. All items will arrive in one piece to allow the buyer to test it fully prior to dismantling.

    As well as standard delivery, we also offer installation services to help meet your requirements.

    Standard Delivery

    For our standard delivery method, the cost is fixed and varies from item to item depending on the size and weight. For large orders with multiple items, it may be possible to offer a reduced shipping cost, please contact the Sales Team before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.

    Delivery Method:

    • Small items weighing under 25Kg will be shipped either by Royal Mail or a standard courier service
    • Larger items will be shipped via a palletised, kerbside delivery service

    If you make a purchase online and pay the standard delivery cost that is listed, your order will be delivered using the standard delivery method only.

    What is palletised kerbsite delivery?

    All palletised kerbside deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, 8:00am to 6.00pm. As standard, a member of staff from the courier network will contact you to book in the delivery once your item has been dispatched. The telephone number you have entered on your order will be used to contact you and organise the delivery. If you have a preferred day for delivery, it is possible to pre-book the delivery date in advance, please add a note to your order or contact the Sales Team for assistance with any requests. Please note, this delivery method can take up to 3 days from the date that your item is dispatched.

    We can offer a Saturday deliveries as a premium service, please contact the Sales Team for a quote. Once the delivery date has been agreed, if there are any changes then we request that you the customer notify us at least 24 hour prior to delivery. If the carrier arrives at your address to deliver and you are not available, there will be an additional delivery charge for re-delivery.

    Parcel Delivery

    All orders under 25Kg will be delivered using a courier or parcel delivery service. Please note that for all parcel deliveries, your order will arrive without prior notification. A card will be left if no one is at home and the goods returned to the carrier’s local depot to await your contact.

    All goods must be signed for you so someone will need to be available at the delivery address.

    All parcel delivery will be delivered with 7 working days although usually within 3 – 5. Delivery times may increase around holidays and peak shipping periods. Please telephone to confirm current delivery times.

    Next day delivery is available on request to certain locations; please contact the Sales Team for a quote.

    How to order

    There are three ways for you to place an order – online, telephone or in person. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be dispatched or ordered in from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is required before we can allocate any available stock to your order. Please note: in all cases, we must collect some personal information from you, this normally includes, full name, billing / delivery address, email address and a contact telephone number. We will not be able to process your order without this information.

    We accept the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, or Amex credit/debit cards online or in person. We also accept PayPal (online only), Bank Transfers, cash payment (in person only).

    If you are ordering by credit/debit card online, the goods will be sent to the cardholder’s registered address. 

    Delivery & Installation

    Pinnacle Fitness offer a complete installation service within a 150 mile radius or further dependent of the order. With this service our highly trained and fully insured delivery team will install your order into a designated space, all of the items will be checked and calibrated once they have been installed to ensure that they are ready to use. Prior to any installations, you may be required to fill in a site survey document containing all of the information relating to the delivery. Photos may also be required of the route the installation team will need to take to install the equipment.

    Installation pricing in based on your location, the access details for the building (3rd floor, single doors, steps etc.) and the items that you have ordered. All quotes are bespoke so please contact the Sales Team for a price.

    EU & Rest of the World

    All of the delivery information above relates to UK deliveries only. We can ship worldwide but if you do require shipping to another destination, please contact the sales prior to placing an order for a quote.

    Special Information Regarding Refurbished Items

    All refurbished items are prepared to order. This process can take up to 7 working days before the item is dispatched using your selected delivery method. You will receive an estimated delivery date within 48 hours of contacting our sales team with your order.

    If you would like to confirm the delivery date below you order, please can the Sales Team and we’ll be happy to confirm the current lead-times.

    Returns Policy

    You may return most goods within 28 days at the buyer’s cost. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving your the undamaged secure package from your return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

    On the whole, this process is very quick, if you have any queries regarding a return of your order please contact the sales team and we’ll be happy to help.

    The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

    Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods or goods purchased in store.

    Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer takes ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, Pinnacle Fitness will pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If you are asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, Pinnacle Fitness will refund the total cost of the return.

    If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped (regardless or if you have received the delivery or refused it for any reason) then you are responsible for all return shipping charges to Pinnacle Fitness. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged, you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing (letter or email) within 14 working days of delivery of your item(s), it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Pinnacle Fitness at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a courier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.

    Collection of Faulty Products

    In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or we will dispatch an engineer to repair the item at our discretion. Faulty items for collection must be packed in secure, appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our couriers within 24hrs of you notifying us that they are faulty. If when the courier arrives to collect the item(s) they are found not to be available/ready to collect, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the courier to rearrange collection. Once the items are received back at Pinnacle Fitness, we will inspect the item(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product.

    Please note: if the product is found on inspection not to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. If proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any / all repairs.

    Buyer's Remorse

    Please note that we do not currently accept returns for reasons other than the items being faulty or not as described. If you need to speak to a member of our team about a product you have purchased from us which isn’t faulty and which didn’t have an issue with its description then please contact us.

    Our standard warranty comes free with all refurbished products and includes 90 days cover. Standard extended warranty options are available to customers in the UK.

    Home use - 12 month warranty

    This warranty covers the cost of any breakdown call-outs and labour time spent on site. It also covers the cost of all mechanical parts.

    Refurbishment options

    Non-refurbished

    Serviced cleaned and tested. No parts replaced but in good working order.

    Refurbished

    This includes a full mechanical overhaul as well as a full cosmetic refurbishment including replacing damaged, cracked and broken plastics, replacing worn options panels and overlays. Full wet paint respray or full shot blasting and powder coat treatment in a colour of your choosing.

    For strength equipment, this will also include brand new upholstery in a colour of your choosing, new cables, new bearings and a full respray or powder coat in a colour of your choice as well as new decals and vinyl lettering.
