As part of our refurbishment process we remove the motor, strip it down and replace the old bearings with a brand new set. The refurbished motor is reassembled and installed and a new drive belt fitted. Front and back rollers are then removed, stripped and the old bearings are replaced with a brand new set. The refurbished rollers are then installed. A new running deck and deck springs are fitted where deemed necessary and a brand new high quality running belt worth £240 is installed as a matter of course. The machine will be cleaned inside and out and all functions checked again prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our stringent quality controls.
The result is very impressive. What you get is a fully refurbished machine which performs like new and looks as good as new for a fraction of the cost of a new one. RRP on this item is an eye watering £13,500.
It is always advisable to get in touch discuss the logistics of your installation before buying or to enquire about our installation service or engineers assistance if you’re machine will be going into a hard to reach location.
