This machine is in pristine condition and perfect working order, having undergone a complete mechanical and cosmetic refurbishment by our team of highly qualified engineers.
As part of our refurbishment process, we remove the motor, disassemble it, and replace the old bearings and brushes with a brand new set. The refurbished motor is then reassembled, reinstalled, and equipped with a new drive belt. The front and back rollers are also removed, disassembled, and their old bearings are replaced with a brand new set before being reinstalled. When necessary, we fit a new running deck and deck springs, and we always include a high-quality running belt worth £300.
The frame is shot-blasted and powder-coated in a color of your choosing, and we add new vinyl lettering customized to your specifications. The machine is thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and all functions are checked again before dispatch to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards.
